• Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent with your reservation details.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive this confirmation.

💰 3. Payment and Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless you select a preferred currency.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services and are not responsible for events beyond our control.

In case of booking errors, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative but are not liable for additional costs incurred.
