2. Booking Process

• All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.
• Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent with your reservation details.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive this confirmation.

3. Payment and Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless you select a preferred currency.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and additional fees.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment gateways.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Free Cancellation (Up to 7 Days Before Arrival):
  Full refund, no charges apply.
• Partial Refund (7 Days to 2 Days Before Arrival):
  25% of the total booking price will be charged.
• Non-Refundable (Within 2 Days or No-Show):
  100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Special Bookings:
  Certain services (e.g., group bookings, special events) may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated during booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Modification requests (dates, services, etc.) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking.
• All changes are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
• If changes cannot be accommodated, the original booking terms will remain in effect.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Late arrivals may result in reduced services or forfeiture of the booking without refund.

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services and are not responsible for events beyond our control.
• In case of booking errors, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative but are not liable for additional costs incurred.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government actions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• War or civil unrest
