Cancellation Policy
This cancellation and refund policy outlines how charges are applied based on when a booking is cancelled. Please read the following steps and policy details carefully before making or cancelling a reservation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Free Cancellation (Up to 7 Days Before Arrival)
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund. No charges will apply.
Partial Refund (7 Days to 2 Days Before Arrival)
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking price.
Non-Refundable (Within 2 Days or No-Show)
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or failure to show up, will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
Special Bookings
Certain bookings, such as group reservations or special events, may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
1. Guest Requests Cancellation
The guest cancels their booking (through our platform, email, or directly with you).
2. Check Timing of Cancellation
Please determine how many days before arrival the cancellation is made. This decides the refund amount:
- More than 7 days before arrival → Full refund
- Between 7 days and 2 days before arrival → 25% charge (guest gets 75% back)
- Less than 2 days before arrival or no-show → No refund (100% charge)
3. Apply the Correct Charge
Based on the timing:
- Calculate any deductions (if applicable)
- Confirm the final refund amount
4. Process the Refund
- Refund is issued using the original payment method
- Processing time depends on the payment provider (usually a few business days)
5. Special Booking Conditions (if applicable)
- For group bookings or special events:
- Check if a non-refundable deposit was paid
- That portion is not refunded, even if the rest is eligible
6. Confirmation to Guest
We will send a confirmation including:
- Cancellation date
- Refund amount
- Any charges applied
- Estimated refund timeline
